  5.     ║     The  UTILITY  program  can  be  executed  by  itself.  The

  7.     ║                          TEST.BAT

  9.     ║     has been created to do just that.   This  allows the  single 
  10.     ║     step  operation of the OPTIMIZATION program for  testing the 
  11.     ║     MASTER PLAN prior to installation in the  SOLUTION database
  12.     ║
  13.     ║     This  operation  will not require the preparation needed  to 
  14.     ║     setup  report templates and other displays.  This  procedure 
  15.     ║     was  created to help DEBUG the MASTER PLAN model.  Once  the 
  16.     ║     model have been debugged, the normal analysis may resume.
  17.     ║
  18.     ║     The  UTILITY operation is also convenient to do  preparatory 
  19.     ║     operation to setup the working environment for the analysis, 
  20.     ║     i.e. change screen color assignments, file PATHname specifi- 
  21.     ║     cations etc.
